Supernote
Terms of Service
Effective Date: [December 24, 2025]
Last Updated: [December 24, 2025]
Welcome to "Supernote" (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). This App is a tool focused on note-taking and task management. Before using the App, please read and understand the full content of this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Once you download, install, or use the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.
1. Service Description
1.1 The App provides functions for creating, editing, managing, synchronizing, and storing notes and to-do items. Data storage employs a combination of local storage and synchronization via Apple iCloud.
1.2 The App does not require registration or login to a separate account. All operations are performed locally on your device. The iCloud synchronization function is automatically enabled based on the Apple ID you are logged into in your iOS/iPadOS system settings. This is a system-level service integration provided by Apple.
2. Terms of Use
2.1 When using the App, you should ensure that you fully understand the operating system functions of your device (iPhone/iPad), especially the settings and management of the iCloud service.
2.2 You shall ensure that your use of the App complies with the laws and regulations of your country/region and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
2.3 If you wish to enable cross-device data synchronization, you need to log in with your Apple ID and enable the iCloud Drive service in your device's system settings. This process is entirely managed by the Apple system and is unrelated to this App.
3. Important Declaration: Data Backup & Risk Disclaimer
3.1 Dependence and Limitations of Data Storage: The App's data storage is highly dependent on:
(a) The normal operation and local storage security of your device; and
(b) The status of the Apple ID account logged into your device's system and the stability and availability of the Apple iCloud service.
These system-level services and hardware factors are entirely beyond the developer's control.
3.2 Data Loss Risk: Although we strive to ensure the stability of the App's local operation, the following situations (including but not limited to) may cause your data to be partially or completely lost, corrupted, out of sync, or inaccessible, and the associated risks are entirely borne by you:
• Loss, damage, system reset, factory reset, or system upgrade of your device;
• Your intentional deletion of the App, clearing of App data, or cache;
• You logging out of your Apple ID, turning off iCloud Drive service, or specifically disabling the App's iCloud sync permission in system settings;
• Interruption, malfunction, data rollback, insufficient storage space, policy change, or termination of the Apple iCloud service;
• Synchronization failure or data conflicts due to network environment issues;
• Other force majeure events (such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government actions, etc.) or any unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 Mandatory Backup Obligation: In light of the above risks, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the App is not a permanent, absolutely reliable data storage service. For any note or to-do data that you deem important, valuable, or irreplaceable, you must take regular and reliable independent backup measures. We strongly recommend that you back up important data to other independent storage media or cloud services by taking screenshots, manually copying to other apps, or using any export function the App may provide.
3.4 No Warranty & Disclaimer: The App is provided as a tool "as is" and "as available". Under no circumstances does the developer promise or guarantee that your data will never be lost, corrupted, or fail to sync. The developer shall not be held liable for any data problems arising from the use or inability to use the App, or any of the reasons mentioned in Clause 3.2 of this Agreement, or for any direct or indirect losses resulting therefrom. You understand and confirm that all risks associated with using the App are borne by you.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the App and its related code, technology, interface design, logo, name "Supernote," etc., belong to the developer. This Agreement does not grant you any of these intellectual property rights.
4.2 All content data you create or input while using the App, its intellectual property or related rights, belong solely to you. The developer merely provides a data management tool through the App and does not claim ownership of any user content.
5. In-App Purchases & Refunds
5.1 The App may offer in-app purchase items (such as premium feature unlocks, subscription services, etc.) through the Apple App Store. All purchase transactions are completed between you and Apple Inc., and the relevant payments are made to Apple. The App developer, as the service provider, does not directly handle your payments.
5.2 Regarding Refunds: All transactions, billing, subscription management, and refund requests for in-app purchases must be processed through official Apple channels. As the developer cannot access, control, or interfere with Apple's transaction and payment systems, once a purchase is completed, the developer cannot directly process a refund for you. If you have questions about a purchase or need to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly or visit the Apple Official Refund Support Page to understand the procedures and policies.
5.3 Before purchasing or subscribing to any service, please carefully review the relevant feature descriptions and pricing. Once a purchase is successful, it is deemed that you have accepted the transaction. Refund requests due to reasons such as accidental operation, change of mind, or failure to meet personal expectations cannot be accepted by the developer.
6. Service Changes and Termination
6.1 The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend (including suspending iCloud sync support), or terminate any function of the App at any time, without separate notice.
6.2 If the App ceases operation, we will, where reasonably feasible, notify you via in-app announcements, App Store product page updates, etc., and recommend that you promptly export and back up all your personal data.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The developer does not provide any guarantee or assume responsibility for the availability, stability, security, or data integrity of the Apple iCloud service. For issues related to the iCloud service, please contact Apple Support directly.
7.2 You are solely responsible for any actions you take using the App and the consequences thereof. The developer is not responsible for the legality, authenticity, or accuracy of the content you store using the App.
8. Terms of Service Modification and Governing Law
8.1 The developer reserves the right to revise this Terms of Service from time to time as needed. The revised Terms of Service will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date revised. Your continued use of the App will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms of Service
8.2 The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purpose of this Terms of Service only, excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan).
9. Contact & Dispute Resolution
9.1 If you have any questions about this Terms of Service, you may contact us via:
• Developer Email: tlj_daydayup@163.com
9.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this Terms of Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent people's court in the developer's location for litigation.
