2. Conditions of Use & User Obligations
2.1 You confirm that you have full legal capacity or will use this App for lawful purposes only. You shall not use this App to engage in any fraudulent, infringing, or illegal activities under applicable laws.

4. In-App Purchases & Refunds

4.2 Refunds and Liability: Since all purchases are handled by Apple, the developer cannot intervene in transaction records. Furthermore, purchased premium features may still suffer from software defects causing calculation deviations, which does not constitute grounds for a refund — you have already acknowledged the calculation error disclaimer.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The source code, interface design, icons, name "Super Calculator", and brand visual elements of this App are owned by the developer. Without written authorization, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial use is prohibited.
5.2 The data rights to expressions, numerical values, or notes you input during use belong to you, but you grant this App a license to locally parse, compute, and store such content. The developer does not collect or analyze your calculation content.
6. Service Changes, Suspension & Termination
6.1 The developer reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate any or all functions of this App at any time, including correcting calculation logic (which may change previous results) or adjusting the user interface. The developer assumes no mandatory compatibility obligation for historical data from older versions due to upgrades.
