Local & iCloud Storage: All notes, to-dos, and related data you create (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Application Data") are stored only on your device locally and in the iCloud account associated with your personal Apple ID. We will not upload this data to any third-party servers operated or controlled by us.
2. No Backend Services: This Application has no backend servers. This means we cannot collect, store, process, or access any of your Application Data. Synchronization is conducted entirely through Apple's iCloud services between your devices.
3. Data Ownership: You fully own and control all your Application Data. You can create, delete, modify, query, and manage synchronization of your data through this Application's features, or directly through Apple's iCloud settings.
II. Information We Collect
For the basic operation and functionality of the Application, we only access information through the standard means provided by the Apple operating system (iOS/iPadOS) under the following necessary circumstances:
1. iCloud Read/Write Permission: When you enable the iCloud sync feature, this Application will request system access to the storage space allocated for it within your iCloud Drive to read and write your Application Data. This process is fully managed by Apple's system, and we cannot access any other data within your iCloud.
2. Anonymous Diagnostic Data (Optional): Based on your system settings, Apple may provide us with completely anonymous, non-personally identifiable aggregated data through its "App Analytics" feature. This may include app crash reports, performance metrics, and feature usage frequency (e.g., statistics on "note creation count," without containing specific content). You can choose whether to share this type of data with app developers in iOS/iPadOS "Settings" > "Privacy & Security" > "Analytics & Improvements".
Our Commitment: We never collect your identity information (such as name, email, Apple ID), device unique identifiers, location information, nor do we ever collect the specific content of your Application Data.
III. Data Security
1. Transmission Security: When your Application Data is synchronized across devices via iCloud, its encrypted transmission is fully managed and handled by Apple Inc., adhering to its globally leading security standards.
2. Storage Security: Data storage on your device locally is protected by device passcode, biometric lock, etc. Storage security within iCloud is safeguarded by Apple's encryption measures.
3. Our Measures: Since we do not operate any servers and do not transmit your data to our own systems, we fundamentally avoid the risk of data interception or leakage at our stage.
IV. Third-Party Services
The core synchronization functionality of this Application relies on Apple iCloud Services. Your use, storage, and security of iCloud data are also governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions and its Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Apple's relevant policies to understand its data handling practices.
Apart from Apple iCloud, this Application does not integrate any other third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDKs.
V. Your Rights
You always have complete control over your data:
• Access and Modification: You can access and modify all data directly within this Application.
• Data Deletion: You can delete individual entries or all data within the Application. To permanently delete data stored in iCloud, you can do so via "My Profile" > "iCloud Sync" > "Delete All Data from iCloud" within the Application.
• Stop Synchronization: You can turn off the iCloud sync feature for this Application at any time within the Application's settings or in the system's iCloud settings.
